Two out-of-work flight school instructors in Redmond are suing their former Employer, alleging they were wrongfully terminated after they complained about the safety of training aircraft.
The suit alleges the President of the flight school also sent a written memo warning one of the ex-employees that he would be fired if he continued to discuss the safety issue.
Plaintiff’s believe the Employer’s termination was a direct result of the ex-employees taking their concerns regarding aircraft safety to the FAA flight standards district office in Montana when the Employer failed to satisfactorily address their safety concerns.
